We would make sure that your stay at MIT during EXPRO '10 is a memorable experience. Accommodation will be provided to all out-station participants inside the campus premises.
Details regarding hospitality:
Participants are required to bring their Institute Identity Card.
Each outstation participant would be required to register by paying a fee of Rs.50 as hospitality charges.
You will be provided with boarding and lodging facility for both the days.
Each participant must register individually for his/her accommodation.
Accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis.
Accommodation for EXPRO 10 will be provided from 20:00 hrs on 25th feb, 2010 onwards. Messing will be provided on 25th, 26th February 10. Messing includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on each day.
