AUTONOMOUS LINE TRACKING ROBOT

The robot should track the given path (normally black in colour) and reach the final destination. The robot with least time to reach the finishing point will win the match.

Rules :

The robot should be self propelled and self controlled autonomous type robot.
  • The robot should be powered with maximum input voltage of 12V DC.
  • The power source like battery should be mounted on the robots itself.
  • The robot should be of length 25 cm or less, width 25 cm or less and height 20 cm or less.
  • The wheel diameter of the vehicle is limited to maximum of 10 cm.
  • The robots going out of the track may continue the race from the check point it last crossed.
  • The track is of uniform width not less than 10cm with multiple loops.

    LINE TRACKING WITH OBSTACLES :


    The robot should track the given path through various obstacles and reach the final destination. The robot with least time to reach the finishing point wins the match.

    RULES

  • The robot may be controlled by means of wire or wireless method.
  • The robot should be powered with maximum input voltage of 12V DC.
  • The power source like battery should be mounted on the robots itself.
  • There should not be any external power supply.
  • The robot should be of length 25 cm or less, width 25 cm or less and height 20 cm or less.
  • The wheel diameter of the vehicle is limited to maximum of 10 cm.
  • The robot going out of the track will be disqualified.

    FIELD

    A track of maximum 40 cm width is marked on the field with following type of obstacles on it.
  • Steep triangle shape humps with maximum height of 10 cm.
  • Steep down humps (triangle shape) with maximum depth of 7 cm.
  • Mud or sand obstacles.

    Autonomous obstacle avoidance robot

    The robot should reach the final destination successfully with minimum time crossing the entire obstacle present in its way. The obstacles may be of any shape and size distributed randomly on a plane surface (field).The robot with least time to reach the finishing point will win the match.

    SUMO ROBOTS

    Description

    Two self-controlled robots are placed in a ring. The robots try to avoid falling out or avoid being pushed out by the opponent robot. The first robot that touches outside of the ring loses the round.


    Rules

  • The robot should be self propelled and self controlled autonomous type robot.
  • The maximum weight of the robot is limited to 1.5 kg.
  • The robot should be of length 20 cm or less, width 20 cm or less. There is no height limit.
  • The robot should be powered with a maximum input voltage of 12V DC.
  • The power source like battery should be mounted on the robots itself.
  • The robot should not harm the human, other robots or the ring where they are placed for the fight.
